Shopping or browsing, it's all very easy at Best Birthdays. Below is a summary of each area and an explanation of what you can expect while visiting our website.

How to Shop
Step 1.
Browse through our wide range of products by using the navigation menu on the left of the shopping pages. Our products are displayed in carefully selected categories for easy location.

Step 2
Once you've clicked on a category, you can see all the products in that category listed on the page. If there is more than one page simply use the 'next' and 'previous' buttons to move through the pages. When you find a product you like, you can click on the image to see a larger more detailed picture.

Step 3.
When you find a product that you want to buy, enter the quantity you would like in the box on the right hand side of that product. You can do this for all the products that you would like to buy on the current page, at the same time.    


Basket/checkout
Once you have entered your quantities click the ‘add to basket’ button. There are 2 add to basket buttons, one at the top of the page and one at the bottom of the page.
You will then be advised that you have successfully added your selected product(s) to basket

Once you have everything you would like in your basket, click checkout/shopping basket button to proceed to the checkout pages.

Registration
To make your shopping experience with Best Birthdays more personal we use a Registration system that allows us to recognise you when you visit the site again.
Once registered your Name and Address, Contact Details are held in a special account set up for you on our secure server. You can be reassured that your credit card details are not stored with this account.
All your personnel details are used only for Best Birthdays and will not be issued to 3rd parties.

Advantages of Registering

  • Much of the information you need to enter when placing an order is already held on our server and is entered for you when you shop again.
  • Provided you have identified yourself (logged-in) to the site before shopping you can leave a partially completed order on the site for finalising at a later date. You can leave the site and when you return your shopping basket will be as you left it and you can continue to shop and complete your order. This is very useful if, for example, you are not quite sure of the final numbers coming to your party. You can make up your basic order and then return to the site to adjust the quantities to suit your final guest list before finalising the order.

New Users
If you are shopping online with Best Birthdays for the first time Registration takes place during the Checkout process and information you enter at this time will form the basis of your account.

Registered Users
If you have previously registered with Best Birthdays you will need to go to log-in using just the E-mail address and password which you entered when first setting up your account. Once you are recognised by the site your account details will be made available and you can amend or add to the information you have registered.
Your account will always be identified by your E-mail address and a password which you give us when setting up your account for the first time so it is important that you remember them. However if you forget your password there is a facility on Log-in page whereby your password will be sent automatically to the E-mail address you used when registering.

Birthday List /Additional information
To help us to prioritise your order we ask for the date of your party. If you have any instructions relating to your order or for the delivery of your order please include them at this stage.

Payment
On-Line - Via Secure Server
The quickest way to process your order is via your credit or debit card. Our online processing is done via a secure server.

Cheque/Postal Order
If you do not wish to pay via credit/debit card we also accept cheques/postal orders. Goods will be despatched after your cheque has cleared. Please allow 3 - 5 working days. Please make payable to: Best Birthdays and send to 39 Orpen Road, Belfast, BT10 0BP.
