• Make a list and decide on the number of guests
• Ask helpers if they will be available
• Buy / Make the invitations and send
• Book the entertainer if you are having one.

3 WEEKS TO GO

• Organise transport to the venue
• Make the pinata (if you are using one)

2 WEEKS TO GO

• Buy or make decorations etc
• Buy tableware in selected party theme
• Make /buy costumes
• Plan the games and make a list
• Choose the music

1 WEEK TO GO

• Buy non perishable ingredients for the food
• Buy any going home presents

3 DAYS TO GO

• Cooking day, if you are making the cake then get going!
• Prepare the party clothes

2 DAYS TO GO

• Make any frozen products such as ice cream

1 DAY TO GO

• Decorate the house, you can never have enough decorations
• Organise a first aid kit.
• Buy all the pershible food items
• Prepare the party bags
• Fill thePinata with goodies
• Prepare the party games
• Decide on the party music

2 HOURS TO GO

• Prepare the party food
• Finish the decorations by blowing up some more balloons
• Decorate the front of the house, more balloons!

1HOUR TO GO

• Set the table and lay out the partyware
